Benefiting Collaboration for Early Childhood

The Race That's Good For Life is excited to be donating its proceeds to the Collaboration for Early Childhood charity.

The focus of Collaboration for Early Childhood is to provide support for learning and development for Oak Park’s pre-kindergarten children. Research has shown that shown that high-quality early learning environments coupled with support for at-risk families lead to: Lower rates of participation in special education, lower rates of involvement with the criminal justice system, higher rates of high school graduation and higher incomes and rates of home ownership.
